The missing direction - a 3-power in (2^k, 2^{k+1}) forces w_k > 0 - is
now a general kernel-checked theorem via the greedy minimal dominated
string (Lemma6Check.lean: gs_dominated, gs_minimal, dpf_gs_pos,
wf_pos_of_gap). Together with one_ext_survives and gap_unique the
doubling criterion is an iff proved in both directions for all k.
Round-23 honesty limitation repaired by supersession in lemma2_3.md.
